Short answer
Most providers do not offer one universal price for every home. A monthly armed response quote may include control-room monitoring, dispatch, patrol coverage, radio or SIM connectivity, app access and panic response — or some of those may be charged separately.
Fidelity ADT’s own FAQ says monthly alarm cost depends on the property and requirements, and recommends booking an appointment for an evaluation. Some ADT campaign terms have shown specific promotional prices, but those offers can be area-, date- and contract-limited. Do not treat a promo price as universal pricing.
What changes the monthly fee
- Area coverage: providers price and accept customers based on serviced areas.
- Existing system: an existing alarm may need repair, radio link, sensors or a new panel.
- Property type: a townhouse, house, smallholding and business do not need the same level of cover.
- Hardware: beams, panic devices, CCTV and app features can change the quote.
- Contract: rental equipment, free installation promos and lower monthly fees often depend on longer contracts.

Frequently asked questions
How much is armed response per month?
It depends on area, provider, included monitoring and equipment. Use published ranges only as planning context and request a current quote.
Does ADT publish one fixed monthly price?
Their FAQ says the cost depends on your property and requirements and recommends an appointment/evaluation.
Is the cheapest armed response best?
Not necessarily. Local coverage, response process, hardware and contract terms matter.
Can I get armed response with my existing alarm?
Often yes, but the provider may need to inspect or test the system.
Should I ask for VAT-inclusive pricing?
Yes. Always confirm whether the quoted price includes VAT and installation/setup.
